Saranjit Dhindsa is a lawyer with experience in intellectual property law and a background in civil litigation.
Saranjit was called to the bar in Ontario in June 2022, and is in the process of being called to the Alberta bar.
She completed her articles with the Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, where she specialized in copyright and trademark policy development. Prior to this, she worked for an Ontario-based sole practitioner in civil litigation, and an intellectual property law firm.
Saranjit holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, where she was an active participant in various extracurricular activities. She volunteered as a student for the Business Venture Clinic, a caseworker with Student Legal Assistance and with Pro Bono Students Canada. She has also conducted research for several articles, and lent her marketing and graphic design skills to several campus organizations.
Prior to attending law school, Saranjit obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Law & Society and English from York University.
